Staff and Location
Spent Xmas holidays in this hotel and had a great time. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make sure all my needs were met. The location was ideal as it was close to public transportation and popular attractions. Another plus was the delicious breakfast offered, which had a great variety of food to choose from.
The room was not as clean as I would have liked. The carpets seemed old and had not been vacuumed in a while.

Great location near subway station and other tourist attractions. the hotel offered towels and basic toiletries. the staff was friendly and helpful throughout the stay.
The hotel did not have an on, site restaurant and did not provide irons or ironing boards which made it difficult to prepare for events. the room showed wear, and, tear, which included stained carpets and smoke smell in a non, smoking room.

The hotel is located in a vibrant area with lots of delicious restaurants and a big mall nearby. the subway station is only a short walk away, making it easy to explore the city. the service was okay and the breakfast provided a good variety of foods to start the day.
The cleanliness of the room left much to be desired, and the furniture and carpets appeared old and worn.
